CellDetect� kit for studying phenotypic changes to HT-29 colorectal carcinoma cancer cell line (Cat. No. ZTQ K 100-1)

This CellDetect� kit has been optimized for staining of the HT-29 colorectal carcinoma cancer cell line and for observing phenotypic changes following treatment to these cells. The kit contains the required reagents to perform up to ten 96 well plates reactions, and includes a positive control for monitoring phenotypic changes to this cell line.

The kit also includes guidelines for optimizing staining protocol to study other cancer cell lines
