CellDetect™ research Products

CellDetect™ research kit is the first color-based approach for detection of malignancy in vitro. The CellDetect™ kit offers a comprehensive staining solution that provides a clear discrimination between malignant and normal cell lines as well as differentiated versus non-differentiated phenotypes. Additional CellDetect™ kits are currently being developed. 

CellDetect™ kit for studying phenotypic changes to HT-29 colorectal carcinoma cancer cell line (Cat. No. ZTQ K 100-1)

This CellDetect™ research kit has been optimized for staining of the HT-29 colorectal carcinoma cancer cell line and for observing phenotypic changes following treatment to these cells. The kit contains the required reagents to perform up to ten 96 well plates reactions, and includes a positive control for monitoring phenotypic changes to this cell line.

The kit also includes guidelines for optimizing staining protocol to study other cancer cell lines.
